Contact Configurations
Contact Configurations —Direct opening contacts meet IEC 60947-5-1 requirements. For contacts used in safety applications (end of travel, emergency stop device, etc.) the asurance of direct opening is required (see IEC 204, EN 60204, or NF C 79–130) after each test.
