Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion and registration runs from January 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.

2. All interested parties , MUST REGISTER online at www.3E - co.com/unico2026 .

3. All registrants must have an open account and be in good credit standing with 3E - Electrical Engineering & Equipment by November 30, 2025 to qualify.

4. Registrants must be an owner, principle or management of the company and 21 years of age.

5. Qualifying recipients will receive a 5 day, 4 night trip for two to UNICO Riviera Mayo to be taken on February 18 - 22, 2026.

6. To achieve a trip for two you must meet or exceed your 2025 quota of purchases from January 1 - November 30, 2025. This quota will be presented to you by your 3E Sales Representative. You will receive monthly updates of how you are doing in the program.

7. All customer purchases must be shipped and billed during the promotional period to have them qualify.

8. Purchases will be retroactive back to January 1, 2025, no matter when you register for the promotion.

9. Trip is valued at $7,625, which includes airfare, planned meals, drinks, scheduled excursions/adventures and ground transportation to/from the Cancun airport.

10. Trip has no monetary value, and is not transferrable or refundable.

11. The name of the qualifying recipient and their guest who have earned the trip, and their departing airport city (Des Moines or Omaha) are due December 15, 2026. Due to Federal Secure Data Regulations all names must be LEGAL NAMES AS THEY APPEAR ON PASSPORTS (including middle name or initial) along with their birth dates.

12. Individuals whose companies have rules or policies prohibiting involvement in promotions such as ours are excluded from the promotion.

13. This trip is intended for the owner, principle or management of the company and for adults 21 years of age or older.

14 Travel requirements include PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP. All passengers must possess a valid US PASSPORT for travel to Mexico. Passports must have six (6) months validity from last day of travel.

15. In order to avoid any misunderstanding with you and the IRS, there are two - ways you can register. You can register as a corporation, or as a individual. If you register as a corporation, you will need to provide 3E with your company ’ s tax ID number. If you register as an individual, by law 3E must provide you with an IRS form 1099 in the amount of $7,625. These will only apply if you qualify and go on the trip.

16. Planned excursions, adventures and tentative agenda are subject to change without notice.

17. If the event date is altered due to circumstances beyond Sponsors ’ and Administrators ’ control, (i.e. natural disaster) , there will be no compensation given.
